Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, which was a definite plus. However, the service at the reception was lacking, especially when I requested a mini bar. The location was simply stunning, tucked away in a serene valley. While the dining options were really good and offered plenty of variety, the service could have been better, especially during busy hours.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is stunning with beautiful views of Kis village, but the rooms left a lot to be desired, especially with issues like bad decoration and drainage problems. The dining experience was quite good, particularly at Ipek Restaurant where the variety was impressive. However, the service could be much better, especially after encountering an uncomfortable comment from a staff member. Overall, it offers decent value, but improvements are definitely needed.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the surroundings were absolutely gorgeous, nestled in the mountains and away from the city's noise, the room was next to a service lift and a parking area, which made it quite noisy at night. Additionally, I was disappointed with the reception service when I asked for a mini bar in my room, and the dining at the restaurant had its ups and downs, particularly with the breakfast rush and expensive prices. Overall, the beautiful location was a highlight, but my stay was marred by some discomforts.
I had quite a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is stunning, nestled between the mountains, which made for some breathtaking views. Unfortunately, the rooms left a lot to be desired as they weren't very clean and lacked the space to accommodate my bags. I was also disappointed with the service from the reception staff, who were not very accommodating when I inquired about the mini bar. On a positive note, my family had a great time overall at what turned out to be our best hotel stay in Azerbaijan.
My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed bag. While the location was stunning, nestled between mountains and with a beautiful view of the village of Kis, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. The service was friendly and cooperative, especially from a staff member named Narmin, who went the extra mile to keep us entertained. However, the overall condition of the bathing facilities could use some improvement. The experience had its ups and downs, but it still offered a decent value for money.
